Group Classes
We offer have multiple group classes at Keystone Health that focus on chronic diseases, fall prevention,
complex pain and post orthopeadic rehabilitation
Group classes are a great way to rehab/improve the body in specific ways, as well as improving general
fitness.
- All out classes are run by one of the Keystone Health Physiotherapists
